<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser capable of further improving refrigerant condensation efficiency in a condensing section. <P>SOLUTION: The condenser 1 has the condensing section 1A and a supercooling section 1B. A first header tank 3 to which a first heat exchange tube 2A of a refrigerant condensation path is connected, and a second header tank 4 to which a second heat exchange tube 2B of a refrigerant supercooling path is connected are disposed on the left end side so that the first header tank 3 is located outside the second header tank 4. A first space 11 with which the first heat exchange tube 2A communicates and a second space 12 for separating a vapor-liquid mixture and holding the liquid are provided in the first header tank 3, and the two spaces 11 and 12 are caused to communicate with each other. Leftward ones of projections 2a are provided on the left-hand side of the first heat exchange tube 2A, and fins 6a are disposed between the neighboring ones of projections 2a. By the neighboring ones of projections 2a of the first heat exchange tube 2A and the fins 6a between the neighboring ones of projections 2a, an expanded heat exchange section 37 which is more expanded than a heat exchange section 35 of the supercooling section 1B is provided in the condensing section 1A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
