<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defoaming agent for an alkali cleaner excellent in dissolvability and defoamability to a high concentration alkali cleaner. <P>SOLUTION: This defoaming agent for an alkali cleaner includes a compound (A) expressed by general formula (1), a compound (B) expressed by general formula (B) and having an HLB of 10-16, and a compound (C) expressed by general formula (3), where the weight ratio [(A)/(B)] of the compound (A) and the compound (B) is preferably 80/20 to 5/95, and the weight ratio (C)/[(A)+(B)] of the compound (C) based on the total weight of the compound (A) and the compound (B) is preferably 1/99 to 20/80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
