<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of highly securing the design freedom of the inside of a housing even though the electronic apparatus has a plurality of housings that relatively move. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 10 is configured such that a first housing 11 is provided with a first water proof space 25 provided with a ventilation hole 29 while a second housing 12 is provided with a second water proof space 34. Further, the electronic apparatus 10 is provided with a first hollow member 16 reaching the first water proof space 25 and the second water proof space 34 and accommodating a plurality of electric wires 15 and a second hollow member 17. The first hollow member 16 and the second hollow member 17 are members for ventilating the first water proof space 25 and the second water proof space 34.
