<p>The system has a mounting bracket and spring bracket (5) which are vertically mounted on the corner regions of window frame. A retaining element is located in a guide chamber (6) of hollow profile strip (2a). A guide slot (20) is preferably located between guide plates (21a,21b). A sliding element (15) of spring bracket is connected to guide plates along longitudinal rails of clamping element (14) against force of compression spring (16).</p>
