<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibrations or the like generated between a door and a link when a door drive unit opens the door. <P>SOLUTION: A door structure of a vehicle related to this invention includes a door 12 for opening and closing a doorway of the vehicle by being turned in a door shape and a link 41 whose one end is connected to the door 12 and the other end is connected to a movable part of a door drive unit, the door 12 is turned in an opening direction by pulling the link 41 by the door drive unit, and the door 12 is turned in a closing direction by pressing the link 41 by the door drive unit. On the connection part of the door 12 and the link 41, a lock release member 35 for releasing a closed lock between the door 12 and the doorway by receiving pulling force from the link 41 is provided.
