<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a uniform sheet-like cell-cultured product with suppressed development of defects. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a sheet-like cell-cultured product comprises: a first step of imparting a biomaterial-containing liquid onto a substrate; a second step of detecting air-bubbles in the liquid on the substrate; a third step of fixing the biomaterial onto the substrate; a fourth step of seeding cells on the substrate; and a fifth step of forming the objective sheet-like cell-cultured product by culturing the cells.
