<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus and a measuring method for accurately measuring a frequency of an AC signal even when a factor is generated that causes fluctuation of a cycle of the AC signal. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus comprises a measurement processing unit 12 that executes frequency measurement processing for specifying a cycle of one wavelength respectively of an AC signal S1, which is classified according to a zero cross of the AC signal S1, of each division included in a predetermined and specified time period, and for measuring the frequency of the AC signal S1 based on the specified cycle. When generation of a predetermined fluctuation factor is detected as a factor for causing fluctuation of a zero cross interval, the measurement processing unit 12 excludes the cycle of one wavelength of the time point when the generation of the fluctuation factor was detected, to execute the frequency measurement processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
