<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission circuit of low consumption power, capable of smoothing frequency characteristics of the circuit according to transmission route characteristics without need for changing components to be installed for each circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission circuit includes a passive equalizer having an inductor connected in parallel to a signal transmission line.
