<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid droplets of ink flown into an ink tank by flushing and remaining in a liquid or gel state from flowing out of the ink tank. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording apparatus 1 includes: an ink receiving part 23; and an ink tank 30 provided thereunder. In the ink receiving part 23, a first opening 25 in which a first droplet of dye ink jetted from a nozzle hole 15 of a recording head 13 advances when flushing, and a second opening 26 in which a second droplet of pigment ink advances are provided on the upper surface. The ink tank 30 includes: a first area 41 which is provided at one side of a second direction of an inner space 40 to receive the first droplet; a second area 42 which is provided at the other side to receive the second droplet; a first droplet absorbing member 46 which is arranged in the first area 41 to absorb the first droplet; and a bag part 38 which is provided projectively from a lateral wall to take in and accumulate the second droplet received in the second area 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
