ELECTROLYTIC PULVERIZATION METHOD FOR SCRAP CONTAINING CONDUCTIVE METAL OXIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient pulverization method for conductive oxide by electrolysis by using an effective electrolytic reaction in continuous and stable pulverization of scrap containing conductive oxide.

SOLUTION: In the method for pulverizing the scrap containing conductive metal oxide into a hydroxide by electrolysis, the metal hydroxide concentration in the electrolytic reaction system is controlled to 0.1 to 20 g/L in the electrolytic treatment.
