The invention relates to a vehicle pneumatic tyre having a sealing material on the inside of the tyre, which material at least approximately closes off a leak which results from damage to the tyre, and having a warning system which is provided in a section of the tyre which is provided with a sealing material, said warning system being embodied as a sensor unit which is known per se, which has the purpose of monitoring the air pressure in the tyre and which is secured, by means of an adhesive film, to the inside of the tyre which is provided with the sealing material, wherein the adhesive film is adhered over a large surface to the inside of the tyre, and the surface of the adhesive film is larger by an order of magnitude than the base surface of the sensor unit or of a securing device for the sensor unit. The adhesive film can cover the sensor unit with the result that the sensor unit is located between the adhesive film and the inside of the tyre or the sensor unit can be adhered to the adhesive film and/or secured in a securing device which is provided on the adhesive film or integrally formed therein.
