<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of exhibiting sufficient absorption performance without disturbing the swelling of SAP and the expansion of an absorber associated with this. <P>SOLUTION: The absorbent article includes the absorber 22A containing a fluff pulp and a super absorbent polymer, and an absorber cover sheet 50A for covering the surface S1, the side faces S3, S4 and the rear face S2 of the absorber 22A.
