<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling recovery device compactified as the whole device, and installed easily in a factory or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The first cooling area P and the second cooling area Q are arranged in this order toward downstream in flowing directional view of gas to be treated in a treating flow channel, the first heat exchanger 12 is arranged in the first cooling area P, the second heat exchanger 16 is arranged in the second cooling area Q, and a liquid recovery container 38 is arranged in a lower side of the first and second cooling areas P, Q, in the cooling recovery device.
