<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel detector which prevents time degradation of a phosphor layer, protects the phosphor layer from a chemical degradation or a physical impact, and keeps a stable contact state between a scintillator panel and a planar light receiving element. <P>SOLUTION: A flat panel detector 1 is composed by arranging a scintillator panel 12 in which a phosphor layer 122 is formed on a substrate 123 and a first protective film 121 covers the surface of the phosphor layer of the scintillator panel 12 on the surface of a planar light receiving element 13 having a plurality of pixels which are two-dimensionally arranged, where a removable adhesive layer 125 is provided on the surface of the first protective film, the first protective film is either a resin film or a polyparaxylene film, and the scintillator panel is in pressure contact with the light receiving element by a pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
