<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately monitor a low-frequency near electromagnetic field to restrain the functional disorder of a game ball detecting switch. <P>SOLUTION: A coil 12 is wound around a through port through which game balls pass. An oscillation circuit 111 includes the coil L12 and changes an oscillating state when the game ball passes through the through port. The coil 11 detects the arrival of the low-frequency near electromagnetic field by the induction of voltage. An oscillation circuit 101 includes the coil L11 and changes an oscillating state by the induction of voltage. The coil L11 is arranged so that the magnetic flux generating direction of the coil 11 coincides with the magnetic flux generating direction of the coil L12. Output signals V7, V8 of comparators COM1, COM2 are output as signals that indicate the presence/absence of passing of game balls 2 and the arrival of the low-frequency near electromagnetic field.
