<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a xylylenesebacamide-based polyamide resin excellent in heat resistance and molding processibility. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a polyamide resin and a production method therefor, in which ≥70 mol% diamine constituent unit is originated in xylylenediamine unit and ≥50 mol% dicarboxylic acid constituent unit is originated in sebacic acid, wherein the xylylenediamine unit comprises 50-100 mol% paraxylylenediamine-original unit and 0-50 mol% metaxylylene diamine-original unit, the number-average molecular weight (Mn) is 6,000-30,000 and the resin has two or more melting points. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
