<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording apparatus that suppresses deterioration in image recording accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording apparatus includes: a first conveying roller pair; a second conveying roller pair arranged ahead of the first conveying roller pair; and a tray guide 90 arranged ahead of the second conveying roller pair. The tray guide 90 includes: a base plate 91 for supporting a tray 80 inserted from the front; and a pair of right and left side guides 100 provided on both right and left ends of the upper surface 92 of the base plate 91. The pair of side guides 100 includes: a pair of first guide surfaces 101 separated from each other by a distance slightly wider than the width in the right and left direction 9 of the tray 80; and second guide surfaces 102 provided behind the first guide surfaces 101.
