An object of the present invention is to provide a compact base station and a program that can inform a user of communication quality of uplink communication in mobile communication. A compact base station of the present invention is a femtocell base station 100 having a transmitting and receiving unit 110 that performs wireless communication with a mobile terminal 200, and includes a measuring unit 120 that measures communication quality of uplink communication from the mobile terminal 200 to the femtocell base station 100, based on an uplink signal received by the transmitting and receiving unit 110 from the mobile terminal 200; and a quality informing unit 130 that allows an output unit 150, 250 to inform of the communication quality measured by the measuring unit 120, the output unit 150, 250 performing informing output to a user. |
