<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for pipe/wire arrangement which improves manufacturability and assembling properties without using metal parts. <P>SOLUTION: A holding part (1) holding a linear member (P) along an outer periphery of the linear member (P) is formed integrally with fastening parts (5) formed at both end parts of the holding part (1) and fastened to a fixing member (F). The holding part (1) and the fastening parts (5), which are integrally formed, are made of a resin.
