<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical hemostasis patch, appropriate cutting templates for customizing a shape of the surgical hemostasis patch, and a method for forming the surgical hemostasis patch by the templates. <P>SOLUTION: The cutting template for forming a hemostasis patch includes at least one slit 220 on an upper surface portion 200 of the cutting template and at least the one slit 220 forming a desired pattern. A bottom portion of the cutting template has an opening and the opening corresponds to a pattern in the upper surface portion 200. The bottom portion further includes a recessed area and the recessed area includes a bottom portion having capability of holding the hemostasis patch in the recessed area and a unit for connecting the upper surface portion 200 to the bottom portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
