<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit that can produce a more sufficient flow of output current. <P>SOLUTION: If a drain current of a PMOS transistor 12 is high enough, a PMOS transistor 13 operates in a non-saturation region. In this state, gate voltages of NMOS transistors 14, 17 rise close to a power terminal voltage.
