<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner having good low-temperature fixability, high-temperature offset resistance and durability and comprising a toner raw material that is harmless to a human body, and to provide a production method of the toner. <P>SOLUTION: Toner is obtained by fusing and kneading a crystalline polyester resin, a first amorphous polyester resin having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 10000 or more and 40000 or less, a second amorphous polyester resin having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 50000 or more and 300000 or less, a colorant, and a low melting point wax. Each of the crystalline polyester resin, the first amorphous polyester resin and the second amorphous polyester resin is obtained by condensation polymerization of an alcohol component and a carboxylic acid component in the presence of a titanium catalyst. A ratio (Mw/Mn) of the weight average molecular weight (Mw) to the number average molecular weight (Mn) of the crystalline polyester resin is 10 or less, and the ratio (Mw/Mn) of the second amorphous polyester resin is 30 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
