<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion airbag device having enhanced strength to an expanding fluid such as an expanding gas, and allowing the expanding fluid to flow in a predetermined direction stably. <P>SOLUTION: An airbag 50 is formed by including an inflator 41 and arranging an inner bag 71 with a blowout hole allowing the expanding gas from the inflator 41 to pass in the body 51 of the airbag. The airbag is disposed in a seat part of a vehicle seat to constitute the seat cushion airbag device. The inner bag 71 and the airbag body 51 are inflated by the expanding gas to raise the seat surface of the seat part, thereby restricting the waist part of an occupant from moving forward. The inner bag 71 is coupled to the airbag body 51 on both sides in at least the width direction, to partition the airbag 50 into a first chamber 85 with the inflator 41 arranged therein and a second chamber 86 with no inflator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
