<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine combustor in which the flow rate of compressed air is uniformed in the radial direction so that the occurrence of flashback and an increase in NOx are prevented when a flow-straightening plate is welded to an inner cylinder and/or an outer cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: A flow-straightening plate 61 which is provided to block a compressed air channel formed between the inner circumferential surface of an outer-diameter-side passage wall and the outer circumferential surface of an inner-diameter-side passage wall has a number of holes 67 communicatively connecting the upstream side of the compressed air channel to the downstream side of the same across the flow-straightening plate 61. On the inner circumferential surface of the flow-straightening plate 61, a plurality of projections 62 projecting inward in the radial direction are formed at given intervals along the circumferential direction, where each of the projections 62 has a given width and height.
