<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acryl foam adhesive having a low density and bubbles finely and homogeneously dispersed therein, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The acryl foam adhesive contains bubbles whose average diameter is ≤300 μm, and whose standard deviation is ≤115 μm. The method for manufacturing the acryl foam adhesive includes introducing an acryl foam precursor composition and a bubble forming gas into a stirring and mixing apparatus 5 equipped with a casing 7 provided with a flow path for circulating a fluid inside, and stirring blades 10 arranged in the casing 7 and being vibrationable in the axis direction of the casing 7, stirring and mixing the acryl foam precursor composition and the bubble forming gas in the stirring and mixing apparatus 5 to form bubbles in the acryl foam precursor composition, thereafter coating the acryl foam precursor composition containing bubbles on a base material, and curing the coated acryl foam precursor composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
