<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method of manufacturing a sheet ensuring that a master roll in which a plurality of adhesive sheets are appropriately temporarily stuck to a release sheet can be manufactured with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 of manufacturing the sheet includes: a delivery unit 10 delivering a first master roll R1; a first peeling roller 20 peeling off a first release sheet RL1 from a band-shaped adhesive sheet S; a diverting unit 40 diverting the peeled first release sheet RL1; a cutting unit 50 cutting the band-shaped adhesive sheet S to a predetermined shape to form an adhesive sheet S1; a winding unit 70 winding up an unnecessary sheet S2 formed around the adhesive sheet S1; a temporarily re-sticking unit 80 temporarily re-sticking the adhesive sheet S1 to the diverted first release sheet RL1 to form a second master roll R2 constituted by the adhesive sheet S1 and the first release sheet RL1; a first collecting unit 90 peeling off a second release sheet RL2 from the adhesive sheet S1 and collecting the second release sheet RL2; and a second collecting unit 100 winding up the second master roll R2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
