<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately execute measurement processing using event information while continuously executing measurement processing using sampling data. <P>SOLUTION: The measurement device includes a storage processing unit for executing first storage processing for storing the sampling data of a unit processing section U in first storage areas F1a and F1b and second storage processing for storing the event information of the unit processing section U in second storage areas F2a and F2b.
