The invention relates to an electric-motor furniture drive (1), comprising a power supply device (5) and a manual control (7) for moving movable furniture components relative to each other, the electric-motor furniture drive (1) having at least one electric motor, the direction of rotation of which can be reversed, a speed-reducing transmission being connected downstream of each electric motor and an additional transmission being connected downstream of each speed-reducing transmission, and the power supply device (5) having a mains connection, which can be connected to the mains, the power supply device (5) transforming the mains-side input voltage into at least one output-side low voltage and having an isolation transformer or a transmitting unit for galvanic isolation between the mains-connected input side and the output side that provides low voltage for operating the electric-motor furniture drive (1). The power supply device (5) is designed in the manner of a switched-mode power supply and has an intermediate circuit, a control device for controlling the switched-mode power supply, and a secondary unit, and the power supply device (5) has an operating state during the regular operation of the electric-motor furniture drive (1) and an idle state when the electric-motor furniture drive (1) is not actuated. The furniture drive according to the invention is characterized in that the power supply device (5) provides an output-side operating voltage at the output thereof in the operating state thereof and provides an output-side idle voltage at the output thereof instead of the operating voltage in the idle state thereof. |
