The purpose of this service providing system is to provide the best services to a user from among multiple similar services available on the internet. This service providing system (30) is characterized by being provided with: a storage means (51) which, connected to a client terminal (20) and multiple delivery servers (10) which deliver similar services, stores feature value tables (T2, T3) comprising an overview of the feature values of the services of each delivery server (10); a service request receiving means (54) which receives service requests from a client terminal (20); a server selection means (63) which refers to the feature value tables (T2, T3) and selects one delivery server (10) from the multiple delivery servers (10) on the basis of the feature values; a delivery request means (58) which makes a delivery request to the one delivery server (10); a service receiving means (59) which receives the service from the one delivery server (10) in response to the delivery request; and a service transmission means (60) which transmits the received service to the client terminal (20).
