The metering unit has an electromagnetically controllable valve (1) with a valve element (3) which is displaceably mounted in the valve housing (2). An armature assembly (4) for actuating the valve element comprises a displaceably mounted armature (5) and anchor bolt (6). A plastic disc for adjustment of residue air gap is arranged between the armature and valve housing. The plastic disc has a central opening (8) through which the anchor bolt is passed.
