<p>PURPOSE: A double-sided adhesive tape is provided to have excellent adhesion because of good wettability with an object, to have excellent reworkability because a second adhesive layer is easily detached, and to easily remove residue of an adhesive layer after separation. CONSTITUTION: A double-sided adhesive tape comprises a film type sheet(101), a first adhesive layer(110) arranged in one side of the sheet, and a second adhesive layer(120) arranged in the other side of the sheet. Shear strength of the second adhesive is 0.05-16 Kg/inch^2 in condition aluminum strip is used at 60°C, and cross-head rate is 10 mm/min. Thickness of the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are respectively in range of 5-500 micron.</p> |
