PURPOSE: A smart phone for providing a card transaction by generating a volatile authentication value and a method thereof are provided to dynamically generate and to output a volatile authentication value in a smart phone based a concerted value, thereby an issue company server receives and investigates the volatile authentication value. CONSTITUTION: A user registration unit(130) transmits issue company information and a user identification value to a relay server through a data communication channel. The user registration transmits the issue company information and the user identification value to the relay server which is connected with communication system through a voice communication network(170). The user registration unit transmits a part value of the user identification value and the issue company information to the relay server through the data communication channel. The user registration transmits a rest of part value of the user identification value to the communication system through the voice communication network.
