<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic substrate having a flat surface, discharging smoothly an organic component such as a binder, suppressing volatilization of a component related to a ceramic composition, and preventing warpage in a ceramic green laminate, and to provide a method for producing the ceramic substrate. <P>SOLUTION: This production method includes: a step of forming a unit 4 obtained by sandwiching, with porous ceramic fired bodies 2a and 2b, both main surfaces of a ceramic green sheet laminate 1 formed by laminating a plurality of ceramic green sheets before firing; a binder removal step of discharging a binder of the ceramic green sheet laminate 1 in the state where both main surfaces of the unit 4 are sandwiched with dense ceramic fired bodies 3a and 3b; and a firing step of firing the ceramic green sheet laminate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
