PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform load distribution with high efficiency in a network address translation device.

SOLUTION: A network address translation device which connects two networks having an independent address space by a plurality of devices and has network address translation means retaining correspondence information between a real address of one network and a pseudo address of the other network comprises: network address translation request reception means for receiving a network address translation request for the pseudo address retained by the network address translation means of its own device; address resolution response determination means for determining whether to respond to the network address translation request based on a transmission source address of the received network address translation request according to a predetermined rule; and response means for responding to the network address translation request based on the determination of the address resolution response determination means.
