<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary spray coating device capable of suppressing scattering of misty coating material. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary spray coating device 1 is composed of a body 2 and forcible air supply devices 3, 4. The body 2 has a disk-like rotor 10, a plurality of rods 11, a plurality of spray nozzles 12, a shaft 13, and a motor 14. An edge of each rod 11 is mounted with the spray nozzle 12 directed downward. The spray nozzle 12 can atomize and spray the coating material downward. The forcible air supply devices 3, 4 can spray a plurality of linear airflows, and can supply beam-like pinpoint airflows. The forcible air supply devices 3, 4 include blowers 7. The forcible air supply devices 3, 4 are positioned above the spray nozzles 12 and can spray a plurality of linear airflows to the same direction as the spray direction of the coating material of the spray nozzle 12 so as to spray the airflows like a shower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
