<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal capable of allowing a user to shoot oneself as intended. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 includes a CPU 22. The CPU 22 switches between a plurality of modes including a consigner mode and a consignee mode (S3-S7), and establishes a short-range radio connection in each of consigner and consignee modes with other portable terminal (S15). A first mode receives a dynamic image from the established connection (S53), and displays the image (S59). The first mode also requests shooting of a still picture when receiving a still picture recording operation (S67), receives the resulted still picture via the established connection (S69), and records the picture (S71). A second mode performs a dynamic image shooting (S87), and transmits the resulted dynamic image via the established connection (S91).
