<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device that implements improved sensitivity of detecting a touch operation. <P>SOLUTION: A detection device 1 of an embodiment generally includes: an oscillation section 2 for generating an AC signal; an addition signal generation section 3 including an inversion element 31 for inverting the phase of the AC signal output from the oscillation section 2 to generate an inversion signal and a plurality of capacitive reactance elements having capacitive reactances, and adding up the AC signal and the inversion signal to output the addition signal; a detection section 4 electrically connected to the addition signal generation section 3 to detect a touch operation; and an amplification section 5 for amplifying the addition signal output from the addition signal generation section 3 in response to the detection of the touch operation by the detection section 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
