<p>[Problem] To provide, with a reduced number of components compared to a conventional one, a clip capable of combining two members with a regular positional relationship even if there is a relative misalignment between the clip attachment portions of the two members to be combined by the clip, and to improve assembly. [Solution] A pin member (20) and a grommet member (50) are mutually engaged so that the members are capable of sliding and are prevented from falling off. The pin member (20) and the grommet member (50) are provided with rotation-regulation engaging parts (38, 64) which regulate the rotational displacement around an axis along the insertion direction of the pin member (20) and the grommet member (50), thereby allowing the sliding movement.</p> |
