PURPOSE: An RF antenna of a portable terminal and a micro-SD memory are provided to activate the use of an RF payment system through RF communication of a micro-SD memory. CONSTITUTION: A slot pin(111) of a micro-SD memory(110) is inserted into a memory slot(11) of a portable terminal(10). A plurality of external terminals(114) is installed in a header. A terminal case(120) is combined with the portable terminal. An RF grounding electrode(121) is connected with an RF antenna pattern(122) inside the terminal case. The RF grounding electrode faces an external terminal of the micro SD memory.
