<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device that improves the efficiency of drying by air for ventilation in an explosion proof layer and achieves an explosion proof structure by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The drying device 1 includes: a heating layer 5 including a far-infrared heater 10 for generating far infrared rays IR; and the explosion proof layer 7 disposed independently of the heating layer 5. The device introduces the far infrared rays IR generated by the heating layer 5 into the explosion proof layer 7 and dries a paste 3 containing an oil-based solvent. Between the heating layer 5 and the explosion proof layer 7, an insulating layer 6 is included that prevents the heat of the heating layer 5 from being transmitted to the explosion proof layer 7 and in which the far infrared rays IR penetrates. At the opposite side of the heating layer 5 side in the explosion proof layer 7, an air supply/exhaust system 30 is disposed for ventilating an atmosphere in the explosion proof layer 7. The air supply/exhaust system 30 blows air parallel to a coating surface of the paste 3 in the explosion layer 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
