<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based resin composition having improved heat resistance, excellent hydrolysis resistance that lasts during long-term use, and especially, excellent foam processability. <P>SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-based resin composition contains a polylactic acid resin, two acrylic resins having different weight average molecular weights, and a carbodiimide compound, wherein the two acrylic resins having different weight average molecular weights each satisfies the following (1) or (2); 0.5-10 pts.mass of the acrylic resin satisfying (2) and 0.1-10 pts.mass of the carbodiimide compound are contained relative to the total 100 pts.mass of the polylactic acid resin and the acrylic resin satisfying (1); and the mass ratio of the polylactic acid resin to the acrylic resin satisfying (1) is 90/10 to 10/90. (1) The weight average molecular weight is not less than 30,000 and less than 1 million.
