<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve for enhancing uniformity of swirl strength in the peripheral direction of a swirl fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve includes a valve element 3 and a valve seat 10 for opening-closing a fuel passage by cooperating for injecting fuel and stopping injection, a nozzle body 4 having the valve seat 10, a swirl passage 21 arranged on the downstream side of a seat part 10a for contacting the valve element 3 and the valve seat 10, and a swirl chamber 22 for connecting the swirl passage 21 and a fuel injection hole 23. In the fuel injection valve, a recessed part (a buffer) 24 for expanding the volume of the swirl chamber 22, is arranged in a wall surface part 4a opposed to the fuel injection hole 23 of the swirl chamber 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
