<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire saw cutting method that efficiently cuts a polygonal cross section protruding member, which protrudes from a reference surface and has an angular part at the cross section of a cutting position, in the nearest position of the reference surface. <P>SOLUTION: The wire saw cutting method cuts an intermediate pile 300 protruding from a ceiling surface 310 by rotating an endless wire 11. The intermediate pile 300 is constituted of H-steel having the angular part at the cross section of the cutting position cut by the wire 11, the cutting position is located in the nearest position of the ceiling surface 310 of the intermediate pile 300, and an auxiliary pulley mechanism 100 having an auxiliary pulley 110 which prevents the angular abutment of the angular part of a flange 300a of the intermediate pile 300 to the wire 11 at the start of cutting is arranged at the intermediate pile 300 so as to correspond to the wire 11 which is set at the base end position of the nearest position of the reference surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
