PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attribute-based signature method with a high degree of freedom in design for supporting non-monotone predicates.

SOLUTION: An access structure is configured by applying an inner product of an attribute vector to a non-monotone span program. The access structure has the degrees of freedom in a design of the span program and a design of the attribute vector, and has a large degree of freedom in a design of an access control. The attribute-based signature method for supporting the non-monotone predicates is achieved by using a concept of a secret-sharing scheme for the access structure.
