<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine such an operation instruction as transaction by one phase. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving an operation instruction from an application server, a main DB server executes the operation instruction, and responds to the application server with the result of execution. Afterwards, the main DB server reflects the result of execution of its own device to its own device when a determination instruction is transmitted from the application server during the normal operation of its own device. Furthermore, the main DB server transmits the result of execution of its own device to a sub-DB server. The main DB server transmits notification indicating that the operation instruction has been determined to the application server when the main DB server is notified that the result of execution of its own device has been reflected by the sub-DB server.
