<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating state measuring method of a resin coated metal member with which a coating state such as a thickness of a coating layer in a resin coated metal member can be easily and accurately measured. <P>SOLUTION: A coating state measuring method of a resin coated metal member includes the following steps of a preparation step for preparing metal paste containing metal powders, an application step for applying the metal paste to a surface of the resin coated metal member, an imaging step for obtaining a tomographic image of the resin coated metal member through an X-ray CT apparatus in the state of applying the metal paste to the surface of the resin coated metal member, and a measurement step for extracting a substrate contour line of a surface of a substrate and a paste contour line of a surface of the metal paste, respectively, from the tomographic image and measuring the coating state of a coating layer while assuming an area held between the substrate contour line and the paste contour line as the coating layer. In such a case, a metal composing the substrate and a metal of the metal powders are at least one kind of metal selected from groups of transition metals and base metals (excluding Al). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
