PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce erroneous photographing by using information about peripheral planimetric features when photographing a planimetric feature by means of a camera or the like.

SOLUTION: An image display device 10 displaying an image photographed by a camera (photographing section 20, for example) on a display screen of a display device includes a photographable planimetric feature specification information storing section storing a photographable planimetric feature specification information showing a photographable planimetric feature from a prescribed point. A photographing point is specified and the specified photographing point is determined to be a prescribed point or not. The photographable planimetric feature specification information is referred to in accordance with determination of the prescribed point. The photographable planimetric feature specification information showing the photographable planimetric feature from the photographing point is overlapped with the photographed image so as to display it on the display screen.
