<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measurement accuracy of acid concentration of a solution containing acid. <P>SOLUTION: An acid concentration measurement device 100a includes: a branch pipe 21 which is connected to a pipe 1 through which measured solution L passes and bifurcates the measured solution L; an inlet side valve device 22 provided in the branch pipe 21; a solution tank 23 which is connected to the branch pipe 21 and temporarily stores the measured solution L; a solution return pipe 24 which connects the solution tank 23 with the pipe 1 at a downstream position from the branch pipe 21 and returns the measured solution L in the solution tank 23 into the pipe 1; and an outlet side valve device 25 provided in the solution return pipe 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
