<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device that has superior lubricity and is long-lived, such as a rolling bearing, a liner guide device, a ball screw, and a linear motion bearing. <P>SOLUTION: On raceway surfaces 1a, 2a and a rolling contact surface 3, shot peening treatment is applied which injects a mixed projection material including a hard injection material composed of iron-base ceramics powder and a soft projection material composed of at least either of soft metal powder and solid lubricant powder, and a composite structure layer 10 and a lubrication coating 12 stacked on the composite structure layer 10 are formed. The iron-base ceramics powder is composed of a Fe<SB POS="POST">2</SB>B system iron-base boride of the area ratio of 50% to 90%, and an iron-base solid solution of the area ratio of 10% to 50%, having a body-centered space lattice structure and/or a face-centered space lattice structure, has a microstructure in which a Fe<SB POS="POST">2</SB>B system iron-base boride is surrounded with an iron-base solid solution, or a microstructure in which a Fe<SB POS="POST">2</SB>B system iron-base boride is surrounded with the eutectic of an iron-base solid solution and a Fe<SB POS="POST">2</SB>B system iron-base boride, and contains a boride of 5 mass% to 8 mass% as element, and the rest is iron and inevitable impurities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
