<p>The present invention addresses the problem of providing a protection valve, the thickness of which is thin, while giving the order of valve opening regularity. The protection valve (1) is provided with an input chamber (a) to which air is input, a plurality of output ports (P21 to P29) from which the air is output, a first protection valve (PV21) which is disposed corresponding to the first output port (P21), and a second protection valve (PV23) which is disposed corresponding to the second output port (P23), the first protection valve (PV21) and the second protection valve (PV23) being opened along with a primary side pressure increase and closed along with a secondary side pressure decrease. From the input chamber (a), a first branch path (b) and a second branch path (c) are formed. In the second branch path (c), a time difference formation valve (TMV) with a higher opening valve pressure than the first protection valve (PV21) is disposed on an upper stream side of the second protection valve (PV23), with the result that after the first protection valve (PV21) is opened, the second protection valve (PV23) is opened with a time difference irrespective of the difference in opening valve pressure between the first protection valve (PV21) and the second protection valve (PV23).</p> |
